Holly Scarborough is a historical flutist, educator and cultural manager based in Basel, Switzerland. She is Artistic Director of Ensemble Zweigulden, co-director of Ensemble Parlamento and founding member of Loreley Traverso Consort. As Managing Director of ReRenaissance, she brings “music before 1600” to a broad public in Basel. She is also Co-Managing Director of Interfinity, an interdisciplinary festival that bridges science and the arts with a particular focus on contemporary music. Her musicological research focuses on German secular music of the early 16th century and the historical flute and drum duo in all its contexts.

She has been invited to perform and lead workshops in Croatia, Austria, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, England, Finland, Kosovo, Switzerland and the United States.
